First diagnosed in December 2023, by a Consultant psychiatrist, after spending 3 years in trauma counselling, I realised that the summer before my half centurion solar return, was just one battle of a 49-year-old war against this debilitating condition, known in short, as Complex PTSD.
…one that changed the course of my existence, physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. This space, my humble dwelling on this Universe called the internet, is where I have decided to embark on my journey through the destructive and shattering reality of complex post -traumatic stress disorder.
I am in the process of writing my first book, which is a story about my experience with Complex PTSD. It is currently a working progress, but over the next coming months I will be sharing small sections here on my website.
